- 4greek Pita Flatbreads (I use the Papa Pita brand)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray’s brand)
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces cooked, shredded chicken breast
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray two baking sheets with non-stick spray.
- Place flatbreads on the sheets. Spread 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce on each, then sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella.
- Add 1/4 cup shredded chicken and another 1/4 cup Mozzarella. Top with sliced red onion.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with cilantro, slice, and enjoy!
